Customer retention is critically important to the longevity of any business that relies on maintaining a subscription-based, SaaS, PaaS, etc., business model. Practical applications for artificial intelligence (AI) have developed to the point where AI can automate customer success and customer support processes. In August, G2 launched the Proactive Customer Retention category under its Customer Service category to accurately represent the growing market of AI applications in customer success and service support functions.

Question on: ClientSuccess
Is there a way to mass upload Zendesk Company IDs so we don't have to manual input them in each client in CS??
Yes. The ClientSuccess Support team is amazingly helpful and can upload those changes for you.
Yes, the support team can do it for you and I think they are enabling custom imports, but unsure on when/if this be in scope.
Yes, there is a way this can be done. Work with your CSM/Onboarding specialist on how to do this.
I will answer my own question from the answer I received by the CS support team (Chance).
Chance said that they can mass upload the organization ID from Zendesk. This would automatically populate our Zendesk tickets into the corresponding module.
