NOTHING. I don't know because they didn't sell me the product I wanted. I was very excited to use the product. It seemed to have many features I'm interested in. I need on online option for work and I thought that's what I was getting when I purchased the product. This was NOT the case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is common practice that when downloadable software has an online component it is included in the price of the software or it is clearly stated it is not. I purchased the edraw software. At of this time, the website says the software can be used online, but it does not say it is an additional cost. When I discovered it was not, I requested a refund. They refused. I haven't used the software at all. This should be a very cut and dry situation. There was a misunderstanding between customer and business. Customer hasn't used the product and doesn't want to use the product so the customer should get a refund. Because of their refusal to help me, I will never purchase from this company again and I am writing a review encouraging other to avoid them as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Wondershare EdrawMax to create floorplans and design layouts for retail stores, showrooms, and residential clients. The ability to build a library of customized icons combined with the many varients makes this program supreme. I appreciate the robust software system and the detailed and accurate tools. The tutorials make it easy to keep up with new tools and AI opportunities. The times that I have needed to contact customer service they were helpful, efficient, and worked with me to make sure the issue was resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I found that some of my older floorplans (5+ years old) do not always open effectively with the newer updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

EdrawMax makes me easy to use by accessing in web, desktop and mobile. The UI interface is user friendly and helps me to create architecture diagrams for my technical use, mindmaps for brainstorming exercise and
flowcharts as well. There are samples and templates already available readily which simplifies my job and saves time. The collaborative features helps to connect with my team better. Overall it’s a great tool helping me visualize ideas quickly and work more efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although the tools comes with great features, it can be improved with flexible export options with additional formats for easy customization. Also, managing complex diagrams can sometimes feel difficult in terms of viewing layout. Improving with intuitive layer management system would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have used eDraw for several years. I am am home remodeler and primarily use the "floor plan" feature. It's quite easy to use but there are some very frustrating things that I'll describe in the other box. Maybe if there was just a version for floor plans. I hardly use any of the other features. I wish there was a 3D feature in floor plans so I could turn my floor plans into nice visuals for my clients. I do not like that when you add text to a floor plan (perhaps a measurement) you create the text box and when you click away, the text gets bigger. So every single time I have to reduce the text size. I wish there was a meauring tool to do things like measure the distance between objects. Yes, I can use the dimensioning tool, but it places the measurement at the end which is typically covered up by an object. I'd like to see more updated objects. EdrawMax is intuitive to use. It's very easy to get up and running using the App. I really like the pre-made templates that can be used for a miriad of different things from business templates and IT & Engineering to Marketing and UI/UX. The flexibility that the App allows the user is in my opinion unmatched. I use the App both for both business and personal use and is my go to App when building quick images/diagrams (I also have Adobe Illustrator but this is way easier and quicker to use). The flexibility it offers to export to a variety of different file types makes for easy workflow integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
With it offering so much there could one feels that it offers everything. There are some things, pre-built images etc. that one would think would be readily available but they are not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I purchased lifetime versions of EdrawMax, EdrawMind and PDF Element from Wondershare. EdrawMax is a great multi-purpose software from developing Mindmaps, to roadmaps for strategy to process workflows etc. While there are sometimes hiccups with some minor things (especially when a new version is installed) the technical support team is excellent and usually resolves issues VERY fast. My last interaction was with Nora, and again, she was very helpful and managed to sort the issue in two interaction. This is what I REALLY appreciate about their programs (I'm also very fond about PDF Elements!) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Templates are always a question of preference/taste. So, for professional purposes, to find a decent template, you have to scroll quite a bit, which is time-consuming. Maybe there should be a category "of professional templates", with subcategories like "roadmap", "Process flow", and " mindmap", so it is easier to identify a suitable template rapidly. But that is just a minor inconvenience and the usefulness of the programme as well as the excellent technical support outweigh this inconvenience by far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its easier to create schematic drawings as it offer wide range of icons and shapes that can be use to represent a legend in the drawing. The ease of use and the variety of design elements make it a great tool and make the drawing much appeal to be presentend.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some icons and shapes are not updated and feel it just stuck. There is a lack of modern technology icons, which can make it harder to represent newer concepts. For example related to cybersecurity Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform is very easy to use and it contains a lot of ready to use templates. I find it very useful in my day-to-day works. It also contains a lot of exporting features so I can share with other users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
To be honest, I don't find anything specific I dislike. If you really want me to point out things I think it can be done better, then it must be the availability of the icons. I am working in tech and it will be very useful if some tech logos, such as Amazon web services' logos, are available on the platform etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is easier to use than Visio, and professional enough for my business. It offers lots of shapes and UI components of flow charts which enable me to draw flowcharts effortlessly to convey my ideas within my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
would be better if more trendy graphics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

EdrawMax has amazing potential, but the constant bugs and glitches outweighs it.
EdrawMax has a wide variety of graphic and such, but the majority of them will cost you premium. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
some bugs exsited, like can't place the arrow in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm using EdrawMax for most of my graphic presentations. I often desgin Powerpoint layouts in Edrawmax and use it for all my infographic assignments. Iget comments from instructors about how professional they look and have been asked if they can share as exemplary projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I feel the template categories are not enough, for some categories, they have not really be covered. hope they can update more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
