I have been using Unanet AE full-time since Feb. 2017 and love how user-friendly the system is. I only needed to watch a few videos and review sections in the Unanet University before diving in. The system is easily maneuverable and flexible for all to use, from project management to finance. The mobile apps are easy for anyone to use. Our field technicians like the ability to enter time and expenses in real-time without waiting until they return to their desk tops. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like to add different column items that are not offered in some tables. Even with using the customization feature there is still some items not available to generate. This could be something I am not doing correctly; however, I don’t find it holding anything up for me.
I would like to see something for the daily scheduling of employees for projects and/or tasks. This option may be available; I may not see this as a permissions issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The software is clearly powerful and capable of a massive amount of reporting and data production. It seems to provide a comprehensive and fully-fleshed out system that can produce basically anything you could ask for. It seems like I am always learning that it has more capability than I thought Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is not a beginner friendly software. There is no sort of tutorial that allows for a slow entry into the software. The sheer mass of the program is intimidating and hard to explain to new users. While Unanet University is a helpful tool, it's not the easiest to navigate and it would benefit from a beginners guide that is easily accessible from the home page. Additionally, the report building software seems like a super powerful tool, but again is not explained super clearly and there isn't an available tutorial explaining how to build these reports. - Timesheet operation is quite straight forward and GUI is user friendly.
- AR reports are pretty helpful.

- Using the "Recent selected projects" feature on timesheets is a little clunky and adds duplicate project lines.
- Deleting project lines are hard or not intuitive in timesheets. Integration could be improved.
- PM Dashboards could be more granular similar to Power BI that allows you to slice and dice information with better user interface. This could be implemented better.

Unanet is very user friendly. It has a clear and organized set of modules. These modules are easy to navigate thru when completeing required accounting tasks. When loading resources people will disapear unless you use an hourly placeholder. There should be more options to quickly preload designated teams to projects instead of loading each person to each phase individually. Unanet AE can run beneficial reports that we were unable to run in our previous software, allowing us to run better analytics and gather more information about many pressing topics.
