Management of contract renewals is comfortable and practical (also with the new Zip integration)
The user's offboarding process was well presented and very useful for IT.
Users usage discovery is comprehensive.
They have shown significant progress over the last year.
Customer support was always available and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Torii doesn't fully support multiple accounts in one app (it does in the integration, but in the overview of the app's dashboard or the expenses, it is presented as one piece).
The dashboard isn't customized to the company.
The visibility of NetSuite/Zip users isn't available in the existing integration.
The user onboarding process doesn't exist (like it does for the offboarding) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Alright, so let's talk about Torii – the software superhero your business needs! 🚀 Seriously, this thing is a game-changer.
First off, imagine all your software subscriptions neatly organized in one place. No more hunting through emails or spreadsheets to figure out what you've got and what you're paying for. Torii's got your back with its super handy central hub. And it's not just about keeping things tidy – Torii's like your personal finance guru for software. It crunches the numbers and gives you the lowdown on what you're actually using and what's just collecting digital dust. That means you can trim the fat and make sure every dollar you spend on software counts.
Plus, using Torii is a breeze. The interface is so user-friendly, you'll be navigating it like a pro in no time. And if you ever get stuck, their support team is like your trusty sidekick, ready to swoop in and save the day =) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Torii is undoubtedly a powerful tool for managing software subscriptions, there are a few areas where it could use some improvement.
Firstly, while the user interface is generally intuitive, there are some features that could be made even more user-friendly. Simplifying certain processes or providing more guidance for first-time users could enhance the overall user experience.
Additionally, while Torii's analytics capabilities are impressive, there is room for expansion in terms of the depth of insights provided. Offering more granular data and customizable reporting options could better cater to the diverse needs of businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Torii can improve its User Access Review module to allow periodic reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Torii helps us track and manage all of our software spend in one place. We are able to clearly see duplicate software spend and review user licenses. It also makes offboarding a breeze. Without Torii, managing our tech stack would be an absolute nightmare.
Very easy to integrate to our other systems, and very easy to implement.
We use this daily to monitor our tech stack.
Customer support has not really been needed so I can't comment on that front. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The number of licenses used field is not reliable sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Torii allows us to identify and understand all the SaaS applications used within our environment, the scope of their use, and their associated costs. Now we don't just know that they are being used, but we better understand how and why they are being used. Validating data from several sources helps build and understand these associations and actual costs. We then classify identified applications based on several factors, such as their approval status, business risk, who is using them, etc.
Furthermore, we leverage workflows within Torii to surface alerts when new applications are discovered, or usage of a previously closed or restricted application is detected. This allows us to take action quickly to determine the appropriate response. We have also been using workflows to streamline onboarding and offboarding. Doing so not only make the process faster and easier, but it provides us with an audit trail of what actions were performed and if they were successful or not.
I also appreciate all the Torii team members I have worked with. We have ongoing weekly meetings with our CSM to ensure things are going smoothly and address any issues or questions that may have come up. She has been super helpful in collecting feedback and feature requests and then getting those passed on to their product and engineering teams. And she gives status updates on those requests every week. So I know they weren't just logged and forgotten; they are actually being worked on! Whenever I contacted their support team, they responded quickly, are great to work with, and I almost always get the same couple of people which helps to build a feeling of trust. I couldn't ask for a better personal experience with their team, and it is clear that they want to ensure their product meets our needs and is a benefit to our organization. The product needs some additional refinement added to it in some areas. Some things feel limiting or are not as intuitive as they could be. A recent example of this: I wanted to add our HR software as an additional data source for user lifecycle management since we have it integrated with Torii. I was prompted that this change would affect a number of users, but it did not actually list the users impacted or detail how they would be impacted. So it's like the warning was halfway helpful. Because I could not see the actual changes that would take place, I opted to back out and not add that at the present time until I could get clarity on the impacts.
The Torii team has been fantastic with taking our feedback, and they seem to have an aggressive development life cycle. As with other things, I brought up this recent example and they asked that I enter a feedback request for it and that it would be discussed with the developers.
Sometimes companies will do that sort of thing and it feels like all your requests or suggestions just go into a big black hole and nothing comes of it. But with Torii, many of the suggestions that we have submitted have already been implemented or are in discovery/development. And they have been releasing new integrations, features and functionality regularly. They genuinely want to improve their product, and I am confident it will continue to evolve and improve. Torii really helped us manage our upcoming SAAS renewals and optimize our user base as well. Its integration with OKTA and Google SSO is essential to understanding who is using our licenses and identify opportunity to reallocated licenses across the user base. I'm sure its on the roadmap, but Torii reporting can be enhanced. In particular, we would like to see the kind of reporting from Torii which allows us to allocated costs to other departments on a monthly basis - on an accrual basis. This is not as straighforward yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how user-friendly the application is when accessing reports and data. I can easily access the information and download it in the format necessary for my work. I would highly recommend Torri for that reason. I find it helpful in my ability to collect data on multiple applications our company uses in operations to determine customer billings correctly. The ability to view historical data for some reports could be helpful. There are no additional dislikes that I can think of. Our team finds torri extremely helpful for our work needs as the data is available on a timely basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Cost savings and license management simplified, automation to help provide more efficient solutions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Workflow creation is a bit difficult and some applications cannot be automated to what is wanted Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of use as well as clear insight on our software deployment per user makes Torii a great product that allows much better of our company spending per software Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The program sometimes can load slowly depending on the load. Additionally, the software is not compatible with all of our programs and limits its overall utility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think that best about Torii is its top SaaS management. It's like having a strong microscope for looking at our company's software use close up. Torii's power to follow, run, and make better our SaaS members across our group has changed everything. We've been able to see members we don't use much, make our software neat and easy, and save a lot of money. The automatic features for adding and removing workers save us a lot of time and make sure everything stays safe and correct. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Torii could definitely improve its reporting and data analysis. While it provides useful information, expanding what it examines could help IT and finance teams make even better choices about software spending. By growing what it studies to cover detailed usage and complete cost benefit reviews, Torii may substantially increase how helpful it is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
