What do you like best about SuiteDash?

A quick note, we're still in the middle of our SuiteDash implementation, but here's what I love about SD:

1. Everything's integrated

From email lists to Invoices to portals to LMS, SD is beautiful for small and medium boutique consultancies. We've had multiple platforms, which usually don't talk to each other. All components connect back to the client.

2. Everything's accessible

I can share out whatever is needed with multiple people at a shop. My previous platform did not have that capability. And nothing is that hard to implement.

3. Everything's still developing

Even since starting with SD, we've seen new features appear. It's nice to know that as cool as it is, it's getting better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SuiteDash?

At the time of this writing, there are two features I need that I'm still using another plaform for:

1. Native Exchange Online (Microsoft 365) Integration for Calendaring

Currently, the only way to integrate Exchange Online is to use Zapier or similar services, which is fine but I'm trying to use fewer platforms, not more. Google calendar is supported out of the box, which is not a surprise, Google makes their api's open and easy to use. But in my circles, Google Calendar is a mark of amateur night in Dixie, so we moved out of it last year.

2. Quizzes for the LMS

It's nice to have an LMS built in, but without a way to validate user consumption, it's not very helpful. Quizzes are supposed to be on the way, and I trust that they are, so I'm looking forward to ditching another platform and bringing that into SD as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SuiteDash solving and how is that benefiting you?

Crm, files sharing, client portal are the ones I'm starting with. Currently have various platforms doing each. To consolidate and have in one platform is amazing. It's building it out that takes time

If you are in the fence just try it. Suitedash is a great set of tools under one company allowing you to start with one aspect of let's say external building of the tool such as CRM which is what I am working on building and as your company grows you can build out internal tools such as the LMS. These are only two tools within but those are the two I plan on building out first.

It's white label which is awesome. I can build out the client portal as I need which is for proposals, e-signatures and file exchange. There is a lot here and slightly overwhelming when you see it all but thankfully they have an extensive library of tutorials breaking down the entire platform.

im still learning the ropes with tutorials but can see suitedash will be extremely helpful in my business. Keep up the great work if Suitedash you read these. Can't wait to see what other tools and upgrades are to come in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SuiteDash?

So here are the pros based on what we use the software for. We use the software daily by myself and our team:

It's reasonably priced, so it's great value for what you get.

It's a really versatile and powerful tool, covering loads of business needs.

It’s an all-in-one platform, so you don’t need multiple bits of software.

You can white-label it, so it looks like it's your own product.

It has solid CRM and email marketing features; you can create websites and landing pages

It's handy for document signing and customer portals.

Excellent customer support, just an email away with the same-day response.

So the Cons:

Because it does so much, it can take a bit of time to get the hang of it, and it can also take time to implement the software processes.

It took some time for us to decide to start using it, but we are very glad because it allows our team to accomplish their dialy work more effortlessly. The availabiilty and integration of a number of key business services which traditionally I have paid for separately. For example, calendar booking, invoicing, proposals, contracts, email drip and marketing, LMS, and project planning and timing (not exhaustive) are all included. I use on a daily basis to manage most of my business both internally and externally with my clients. What do you like best about SuiteDash?

Learning about SuiteDash transformed the way we run our business, and our pockets. It is a CRM where we can track leads, manage client interactions, and follow up on deals! The integrated LMS is another nice feature, making it effortless to onboard new hires, train our team and customers, and keep everyone aligned on new content.
