The tools are all easy to use, and the customer service is really great if ever our teams get stuck. Emails delivery rates are really good, it's rare customers unsubsribe and the emails alway look professional from our own domain addresses. The Sendpulse form was easy to implament, it integrates really well with our Webflow website. What I like most about SendPulse is the flexibility it offers for designing custom templates and setting up email campaigns. Its automation tools are intuitive and effective. I’ve also tried the push notification service, which was very useful for staying connected with users.

Combining Sendpulse chatbot and CRM has changed my business.

I have used many CRM systems & chatbot, but no platform has been able to integrate CRM & chatbot seamlessly as Sendpulse.

This is the best chatbot & CRM combination i have used, being able to send emails and whatsapp messages automatically to our customers is definetly a game changer for us.

Automating customer conversations without having to do things manually as we used to do before has changed our business for good.

And their price is way lower than others that i have used.

As we move along learning how to use it intuitively, the ChatBot has become more precise and can handle much more information and many more specific responses per day. Learning curve took a longer than expected.a But once I got the basic concepts I started moving on. I now know much more about it and I try to include new information periodically, making the Chat Bot much stronger and robust. Everyday we have more and more visitors. I'm mostly unising Telegram Bots, and the biggest problem that I faced in a different sevices was correct number submition. Many leads wrote their number in a different form and I couldn't find service that accepts different forms of numbers(I used mostlyTeleForm before). But in sendpulse it worked correctly as I wanted. Plese add auto web-hook parameters or do it simplier, because is hard to understand how to conect another CRM via web-hooks. And when you want to send a picture through a campaign, the window where you place text is too small, but you don’t want to send the text separately without the picture, so you endure it. I was able to set up my website and landing page in less than one hour with a professional look. It gathers my leads and I can then send emails to them. It offers a lot of features a CRM would, and is pretty cheap.

The website editor is a bit clunky, I end up being able to do what I need but its not super intuitive for me and I'd like more options to customize.

I upgraded from Free plan to Standard Plan and when I tried to send emails, they blocked my emails asking me to share the proof that the email ids are our registered users. SendPulse makes it simple to send emails and messages to my customers. I like how I can use it for emails, SMS, and even chatbots all in one place. The drag-and-drop tool is easy, so I don’t need to know much about computers to make good-looking emails. The free plan is great for small businesses like mine.
