I like that there is always an email trail for each customer. Whether it is an invoice which is issued, a payment remittance or a discussion about payments, disputes etc., all in one spot. We have struggled to have a responsive customer success agent. We were recently assigned a new one, so I am optimistic.

Also, sometimes the customer support struggles to have a timely response. The good news, they do send out notifications that their response has been delayed, so you know you are not forgotten. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing I do not like is the line items Yaypay makes for P2P. Our customers pay maybe 50-75 invoices at a time. The platform is easy to navigate, user friendly and allows some custom features to align with your business needs. The ability to locate and store important notes and account related documents all in one place contributes to efficient processes to manage your time effectively. I think this program has been super helpful in keeping things organized and customers informed. Super user friendly and customer friendly. I LOVE IT. I use it every day. CUstomer support is helpful when we have any glitches. Impletation was smooth and we had alot of help with everything. All accounts were integrated smoothly with minimal issues. It is really smooth to navigate and maintain the customer information. Be it automated dunning or tracking the promise to pay for a customer. It is a user-friendly tool and the best part about working is that understanding the features is not rocket science. It has all the necessary and important functions that we need in our collections process. It makes our life easier in so many ways. It has helped us reduce the duplicity and save our time. We use YayPay as the main tool and all our major work is done on this. We can send emails to our customers using the templates saved in YayPay. What I like most is that the tool already has some great built in automations such as filtering clients by aging bucket, not disputed, etc and then emailing all of those with a single click. It is an easy to use platform and easy to integrate with our workflow. It's also easy to implement. Sending the invoices and following-up is really easy with YayPay.
