What do you like best about Later Influence?

What do you dislike about Later Influence?

Communication within the Mavrck team could be better to ensure a more seamless onboarding experience. It felt a bit disjointed with setup on the more technical aspects, and it seemed the client-facing team didn't understand the IT aspect very well.

Feature in the platform itself seem to be a bit clunky, and incomplete in comparison to some of the competitor's platforms.

How do you position yourself against your competitors?

While Later Influence is great for organization, I feel there’s room for improvement in communication aspect. For example, implementing a better communication channel with the coordinator within the campaign page itself would be more helpful compared to having to communicate via emails. What do you like best about Later Influence?

Everyone we've worked with at Later Influencer is so great! Their team is so friendly and open to feedback when there are issues with the platform. They're always quick to respond and help when we need assistance. The platform has also helped us cut down on time running influencer campaigns with their email automation tools! I feel like the platform was very easy to implement and there isn't a big learning curve when learning how to use it. It's an essential piece of our influencer program that we couldn't do without it. What do you like best about Later Influence?

The depth and attention to detail. My Later team is thorough in all regards, and goes above and beyond for accuracy, customer service, and reporting. They take the brunt of all communications with each creator and influencer, making it much easier for my team to manage client expectations. I don't dislike anything about Later. I think an opportunity for growth is an automated notification when influencer content is uploaded into the dashboard and is ready for review. What do you like best about Later Influence?

I have been using the Later platform for over two years now and am pleased to say that it is helping me navigate influencer management better than I ever intended. Gone are the days of spreadsheets full of information, data on campaigns, and tracking numbers. Later has made everything easy, user-friendly, and accessible. I love the layout of the software and the responsiveness of our representatives. Campaign management has never been more simple. What do you dislike about Later Influence?

The only dislike that I have so far is the number of folks that we have been able to source for campaigns. I'm going to chalk it up to our product being a bit niche as well as our budget being on the lower end. We are able to manage all of our influencers in one place! Once they are registered we can easily send out campaigns whenever we'd like and we have access to data and analytics on engagement across social channels. What do you like best about Later Influence?

LATER has been an exceptionally great value to our team. From onboarding, to training, daily workflow and service hours, the LATER team has been such a great pleasure to work with. Special shout-outs to Hannah, Melissa and Brian. Hannah has shown great interest in wanting our brands to be successful always being engaged and involved. We couldn't have asked for a better account manager. Melissa has been instumental in being able to pivot when working with our brands that are very different from one another. She is heavily involved in our daily workflow. She knows how to get things done. Brian is a top notch trainer who is great at what he does allowing you to leave each training feeling empowered. They are a great powerhouse team! Super grateful to have them as partners. Can't imagine LATER without them - they have made it a pleasure to use. Later influencer has completely streamlined our influencer work. I love how we can take traditional influencer partnership and flip them around (have candidates come to us and say whether or not they work with us). The platform has been versatile enough to work for multiple of our influencer programs. Whenever we have questions or new ideas, the team is always so supportive to make them work.
