There are a couple of things I liked about Mailshake; below are a few:

1. AI generating email suggestions.

2. Able to catch spammy words and suggest removal.

3. Email Automation feature works really good.

4. Datafinder feature has been a game changer in my case.

5. LinkedIn automation works perfectly.

6. User-friendly interface to setup campaigns and automation.

The best feature in Mailshake is the ability to scrub emails before a campaign to reduce your bounce rate and improve deliverability and sender score. It's also nice that you have the option of whether or not to include contacts that are enrolled in a different sequence rather than using a tool like HubSpot that will automatically exclude those contacts. Another positive feature is the ability to round-robin your emails in a campaign and their support team is quick to respond to any questions or issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While we use Mailshake frequently for email scrubbing, MailShake is less user friendly than similar campaign launching tools like HubSpot (although it is much more affordable). The campaign review process for each lead is time-consuming although we were told there's a way to bypass this step (and campaigns were also launched without bringing us to this step). I also wish they had a website URL checker that would detect bad/down/faulty websites and that they integrated with more tools like Notion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Mailshake keeps things simple. It has all the core functionality needed for cold outreach without unnecessary extras that complicate the process. It’s easy to set up, the automation works well, and it integrates smoothly with email warmup tools. I’ve used other platforms like Lemwarm, and while Mailshake isn’t as feature-heavy as something like Apollo, it focuses on what matters—sending emails efficiently. It doesn’t have some of the deeper analytics or lead sourcing features that platforms like Apollo offer, so if you need advanced prospecting tools, you might need to pair it with something else. That said, for pure outreach, it works really well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mailshake was easy to use, which is why implemented as a software across all business teams.

We rarely required the need of their customer support team, which shows how nimble the product and software was however when we did require customer support they responded within a couple hours with the issue at hand resolved.

We used Mailshake for cold and warm outreaches 20 times daily, as the software was so powerful.

Mailshake is a great all-in-one to get started with cold emailing. I like that you can scrape leads to experiment with, even though they aren't that great. The tools are kind of intuitive to me now, but customer service is ESSENTIAL. I'm glad they've improved that aspect. I'm now an affiliate and continue using Mailshake today. I've been using Mailshake a few years now and customer service used to be slow and not great. I had whole accounts shut down and errors made that I feel Mailshake could have prevented. We use Mailshake to facilitate campaigns to different sectors, and automate our sales engagement process. We found the platform quick and easy to implement within our existing workflows, along with dedicated support from the Customer Service team guiding us on best practice. Some of the reporting can be slightly obtuse. More native CRM integrations would be useful also - whilst many (such as Zoho) can theoretically be integrated with Mailshake, the cost requirements of using Zapier for these make it not viable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Wenn in meiner Kampagne eingestellt wird, dass ein Kontakt ein Lead wird, wenn ich eine Rückmeldung erhalte, kann es schon mal passieren, dass Mailshake diesen Lead nicht erkennt und dieser aufgrund dessen eine weitere Mail erhält, wenn man nicht aktiv drauf schaut und alle Leads in Mailshake mit dem Postfach vergleicht.
