It's great not to have to ship business cards to the conferences we attend and then run out when you hand them out throughout the events. HiHello makes it easy to personalize your contact information, share it with attendees or anyone you meet, and digitize the conference lead follow-up experience. My manager quickly set me up with my account and customized it for the different conferences we attend, where we use it constantly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn't too much I would want to change about HiHello. We have only used the digital business card and email signature tools, so we haven't explored everything they offer. If the rest of their products are like those two, I wouldn't change much! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I went into downloading this app thinking it would be like the other "free" apps that had limited functionality, ads, and would stop working after a few days. I was blown away by the quality and functionality of the app, even the free version! It blows people's minds when I have a QR code to scan as a business card and sets me apart from my peers and others. I purchased the premium version after just 5 days because it was TOTALLY worth it. I have connected with dozens of people using this app in just a month! Totally worth the price of admission! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing!! Even the free version is great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy to connect all of your socials as a single user or organize from a company level. I also liked being able to to quickly share a barcode to scan all of my information. Also you don't have to be in the app to use it when walkign around with your phone, you can add it to your mobile wallet to pull up as a quick action.
Something I haven't utilized yet is the integration into Salesforce. I would like to get that feature to move the contacts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I suppose you'll never really get away from using physical business cards so it's always something to consider your audience and if they like being tech forward or want a physical card. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that even the free version has so many features and benefits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like to see text message sharing that doesn't include my cell number. I love that I can text my business card to anyone I want; but it shares the cell number from where I am sending the text. I think it would be powerful to be able to share the card from a generic HiHello number. It seems this would reinforce my contact to add their information to HiHello, without them bypassing the system to just get my number. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The most helpful took about the HiHello is having the option to have multiple cards when you use the business account. It's so easy to have one business card per site work and the best part is that we are able to share it from the portal directly! Of course there is also an option to download the QR and just add it to your template, you can use either option as needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's not that I dislike but the only thing I would suggest to add is to have the option to add folders in the "Cards" sections so everything can be organized by folders and subfolders Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The QR code functionality makes networking at conferences seamless and professional. Being able to quickly share contact details and company information in one place has streamlined my business development process. The digital format ensures all my information is current and readily available, which has been particularly valuable during in-person events Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far my experience has been positive with no significant drawbacks. Would appreciate even more customization options for business card templates, though the current offerings meet my needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Also, I love how easy it is for people to scan, I like how when I use the url and text it, my thumbnail of a photo pops up so its not just another link.
I also love the tons of options to use links, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
this is true-->I can add videos and links but I wish it would give a small thumbnail mentioning I have a video. because right now it shows a ton of words and people do not read those cuz they do not stand out as much..
I wish it would capture the person scanning it, their info. instead of them having to type it in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best thing is the ability to save the cards on a single click whenever shared with the person.
Easy to Manage, users can maintain their card themselvers instead of like previous versions where a department have to take care of it.
We use it for 23 users, and all of them keeps their on their fingertips.
The another cool feature is that we can integrate it with Gmail , outlook for our Email signatures which is life saver.
Haven't tried customer support yet, but based on the reviews its good.
It is very easy to implement, you can just copy past from another card, and then the values..huge time saver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If there could be customization option on designing the card then it would be more helpful and gives user control.
Now we have to select from pre defined templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I’ve used HiHello, and it’s an incredibly user-friendly program. Customizing my digital business card was straightforward, and the interface made the process seamless. Sharing my contact information via email or cell phone has never been easier—it’s as simple as a few clicks, and recipients can save my details effortlessly.
HiHello has streamlined networking for me and eliminated the need for paper business cards. I would highly recommend this program to anyone looking for a modern, efficient, and professional way to share contact information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
You have to take the time to set it up but once you do, you'll be forever grateful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy to pull out when networking at events! Our organization has integrated HiHello into our email signatures and its perfect to share our information when reaching out to other organizations Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While perhaps not a fault of HiHello, sometimes the QR code does not scan on the other persons phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
