The flexibility of the CRM is incredibly useful. Being able to change the layouts of each group to best suite our needs is really useful. They are also really quick to respond to any issues, and are updating the platform regularly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While I love the task system in the CRM, it would be nice if it was a little more in your face. A daily email indicating what tasks you have assigned would be great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the things I like best about freeagent CRM include its organization, fli=exibility and visibiity. it has improved my overall CRM cycles and time to closure - its been good in that sense Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I could nt think of anything remiss in freeagent CRM -- maybe they can offer more custom options for small to medium sized enterprises -- I think that would up the game a lot Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are two things. First: their customer service is bar-none, the best i have ever seen. They have a chat option that allows you to get answers within 5 minutes if not sooner. Second: the system so so robust you can work operations, payments and sales seemlessly together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customer Service is outstanding, and the developers listen to my needs and, within hours, have made the necessary updates needed to make things work. My niche is a hard nut to crack because there are so many variables. However, Freeagent stepped into this and together, we have devised a system that flows very well and does what I need. No-fault of Freeagent, but I have had to integrate with a third-party system to fire off my information into Freeagent, and I would prefer to bypass that third-party system altogether. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is difficult to pick one "best":
The ability to easily create custom data fields was a critical element for us. We are a smaller school with unique requirements and educational data fields. The "out of the box" systems didn't meet our needs and didn't offer the ability for customization. Free Agent allows us to easily create multiple data fields and organize these in the way that makes it most efficient and productive for our staff.
Having the ability to come in first thing in the morning and see the status of each prospect student has saved a lot of time for our Admissions' team. It is so easy to move a prospect through various stages of the funnel, see all activities related to the prospect (phone calls, texts, emails) and the timeline with each.
I have reports that I need every single week. With FreeAgent, once the reports have been created, it’s just one click and I can have it right there. That saves quite a bit of time.

FreeAgent has really helped us organize our contact/account management. Without a doubt, we've increased revenue with this CRM!
FreeAgent is super easy to use for people of all technical experience levels. Very little setup or training needed to get started and that was HUGE!The customer service I have had with FreeAgent from the first initial contact through the purchase and training and the helpdesk on various issues has been top-notch! It's super easy to reach out and ask a question about how to do something or if the software can do something and they respond in a timely and professional manner.

My favorite thing is how responsive the reps at FreeAgent are - whether we've had an issue, a question, or a suggestion, they are always available and always open to our comments. We've even seen them make platform-wide changes we suggested. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do not like that incoming emails addressed to multiple contacts seem to be arbitrarily assigned within the contacts listed. For example, Customer Smith sends an email copying Customer Jones, Customer Peterson, Employee Anderson, Employee Lincoln, and Employee Colbert. That email may be tracked to Smith's, Jones's, or Peterson's accounts and may be connected to Anderson's, Lincoln's, or Colbert's emails. It doesn't seem to have any logic to whom it is tracked.
