The Egress staff are extremely proactive in responding to any questions or issues that you wish to discuss, they are very efficient and highly trained and always follow up conversations with email confirmation. Our staff use the Egress system on a daily basis and have never highlighted any issues with using the service. Egress keep in touch on a regular basis and share reports and explain them in depth to help you to understand the security aspect of the system. Egress Intelligent Email Security is a great way to inform the end user about possible phishing or scam emails. It puts banners up in emails that tell the user about external, financial, or sensitive emails and also when there are strong signs of phishing. I really like the fact that the banners show up in the recipient's email, but are gone when they forward or reply to the email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like a way to go into the email as an admin and indicate if it's dangerous or be able to modify the findings by the AI to hopefully improve its detection of different types of email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
