An added advantage is it's been able to show us unsecure recipients, highlighting the need to use secure mail for these endpoints. When I check the reports on a monthly basis, it shows numberous occasions our users have been prompted to check their outgoing mail for potential data breaches and corrected the mail - an example is sending an attachment to a recipient who's name was similiar to the intended person, Egress tells them when it appears someone added to the mail doesn't match the usual person they'd be sending too. Enables us to send secure emails via Outlook using the office plug-in. ### 50. That has since been implemented. **Recommendations to others considering KnowBe4 Cloud Email Security (Formerly Egress):** Check that it meets all your requirements. It met ours and as a bonus was a great price. **What problems is KnowBe4 Cloud Email Security (Formerly Egress) solving and how is that benefiting you?** Classification of emails. This will be helping us to inform the business of what information they’re able to send to contacts. Reporting of email classification usage e.g. are users breaching the policy? What types of data are they sending?
