Conexiom is performing thousands of updates and transactions for us - vendor acknowledgements, invoices and customer purchase orders are all being handled by what would have been a team of at least 3 persons in the past. We've been able to improve the service level to our customers with better information regarding lead times, and also process their orders quickly and accurately. I'm also appreciative of the people at Conexiom that have been able to handle our company-specific needs and process requirements. This product has exceeded our expectations. I would love to see more document-types added - purchase order receipts, pick-ticket invoicing etc. but the limitation appears to be the paper... could we improve the OCR processes to the point where we could implement more vendors and customers on the acknowledgment and purchase order side, as well as the paper-based transactions in the warehouse? Conexiom is a very easy to configure tool. Once you have the basics setup (i.e. communication/format/etc agreed), requesting a new "template" is as easy and simple as ordering a coffee in a cafe. We agreed to share detailed mapping instructions (i.e. a document that describes from customer PDF what to map and where to map to) and as a result we have 99% of first maps working perfectly. Only when we request specific mappings, the Conexiom Mapping Team need to come back with questions. But in general, it is easy to use.
On top of the easy setup, it has 100% accurancy (which never can't be guaranteed by OCR solutions). Since we use Conexiom as alternative to real EDI, we have in some countries reached to 98% electronic orders and all of them are touchless (i.e. orders go straight through our business rules engine (to convert customer UOM codes to internal UOM, customer item codes to internal item codes, etc) and no Customer Service Representative has to review the order. This means that within a few minutes, the warehouse activities can start already.
Since we changed to a REST API connection with Conexiom, the everage processing time at Conexiom is below 1 minute.

A wonderful team of Engineers and Techs, who are the support from inception to completion and maintenance. The software is a great tool for volumes of transactions received in pdf format, to have the software read it and convert it to orders in a matter of seconds with 100% accuracy. This saves us valuable time to perform other tasks and get more things accomplished by the end of the day. This program is easy to use and we use it daily, it just like anything new we learn, it takes little time to learn and requires our adapting ourselves to new things, but do not get frustrated, because the Conexiom Team is professional, effective, patient and extremely helpful. There is nothing I dislike about Conexiom, it does take time to setup our customers and iron the few kinks we encountered, but the support we have received and continue to receive from the Conexiom Team is outstanding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The efficency of the software. I love that you can train the software to remember changes. The mapping team is superb. Beyong easy to learn. The implementation team was always helpful. The integration team was so supportive and patient with us.

For our customers whos POs have less variation, implementation has been a breeze. The addition of documentation for users regarding how to use the exception manager, how to best implement map requests, etc. has made a huge difference too. Some of our more complex POs have been challening to implement, and have required lots of back and forth between the mapping support team and myself. I recognize however that this is likely because of our customers' resistance to consistency, and Conexiom clearly works hard to do everything they can to resolve any issues.
The exception manager is a bit clunky, and if there are a large number of errors that need to be resolved, the lag between making changes and those changes updating means it is often faster to just enter these POs manually instead of waiting for each individual change to update and verify. We went live with Conexiom API in January 2023. The implementation was relatively easy and overall successful. The implementation team at Conexiom was awesome!
Our Customer Service Reps save a lot of time with data entry now; they have more time to research, if needed, and have better relationships with our customers. Since the data is pulled directly from our customer's PO's, the detail that is entered into our Enterprise ordering system is very accurate and trustworthy. The flexibility of order styles that can be mapped and tied to our product listings is great. Once it's set after implementation, maintenance is low, and the project/support team is on top of their game. The customer portal is our one-stop shop that makes it easy to manage our accounts. I would like to see more advancements in the orders that don't come through via clear text. They are working on an OCR solution that could help with this, and once its proficiency is proven to be just as accurate as the rest of their offering, it might be a complete package. Conexiom makes it pretty easy for us to map incoming customer orders into electronic order transactions which are uploaded into our ERP system. We do not have to ask our customers to make any changes on their side (which is essential), and Conexiom has been very open to making custom changes for us in a minimal amount of time. Their team is very accessible and great to work with. We have definitely saved time and money on a very repetive task and this has improved employee job satisfaction. I've experienced very little downside working with Conexiom. My only frustration has been our customers changing their document formats after we've mapped them, so we need to re-map them. But the process is simple enough that we don't lose much time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
