What do you like best about Aspect?

Taking notes while actively listening to the candidate is tough and exhausting.

With Aspect I can dedicate my full attention to the candidate, thanks to the incredible transcription.

I've used other transcription tools in the past but they weren't built for recruitment and I had to find workarounds to make them pertinent to my work; not with Aspect!

The summary, the Q&A feature and the ATS integration have boosted my productivity and lowered the context-switching stress, the analytics provided allowed for me and my team to have full visibility over our stats, and Aspect's team couldn't be more helpful, friendly and accessible!

What do you like best about Aspect?

The platform is truly an interviewer's best friend: it helps summarize all your conversations, gives you aid in sustaining the interviews and you get a video and written record of the call.

It integrates smoothly with your ATS, it's incredibly easy to implement because it's super intuitive and, unlike other recording/transcription tools, it's built for recruiting so it will give you personalized findings, suitable for all your interviewing needs. What do you like best about Aspect?

Aspect allows me to focus on being present in the moment versus worrying about taking notes or missing a key aspect of the conversation. I easily added it to my Zoom Pro account, and it also works with just a file upload for live meetings. I also love the summarization and recommended next steps! What do you dislike about Aspect?

The only thing missing from the platform that I've notices so far is a companion app, but having the ability to upload files from live meetings decreases the need for this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Aspect?

What do you dislike about Aspect?

Like any software, the main downside is getting your team to implement the change in current hiring process, but integrating hume is fast & easy. The mobile version is continuing to be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hume solves the problem of human interviewers not listening well & capturing important details from the interview. Hume also solves the problem of organizing the candidates highlighted info for easy & faster sharing thru email. Hume adds AI where we humans fall short in assessing candidate's effectively. We miss things- Hume captures it all.

Hume becomes your virtual admin during interviews keeping notes & organizing your interviews into a candidate library for easy sharing.

What do you like best about Aspect?
