It helps us avoid having to learn and master multiple different tools, allowing everyone to focus within one system. I also find it very helpful to make phone calls with just a click of a button and to send and receive text messages that automatically sync across our CRM without needing extra notes. The ability and flexibility to customize the system to shape the customer experience is a huge factor for us. I'm also pleased about the prospects of AgencyZoom getting better with its open API platform, which lets us integrate several tools, and we're constantly improving it over time. Integrations with other tools like AMS 360 and PL rating add to the benefits, which I find valuable.
