My colleagues and I have used many event platforms over the years. Attendease is one of the most user-friendly for building event sites. Due to complexity, only one or two of the staff knew how to use the past platforms. With Attendease, it's simple enough that any staff person can stand up an event page and add to or edit the event details, registration, schedules, etc. Moving the event between in-person, hybrid, or virtual is also simple as the needs change. Also, our attendees seem to like it. We've used some platforms where even registering for an event was difficult. It's the opposite with Attendease. Our attendees can quickly register and get access to the content and information they need easily and right away. For us, we pay one annual fee, and we get to run an unlimited number of events from Attendease. Whether it's a small event of 20 people or a large conference of 1000, we can host them all from one central platform. Their support team is also very responsive and helpful.

Tripleseat is extremely user friendly. Email templates, and premade documents help expedite almost every process i have day to day. I love how documents are generated and picklists are saved, making detailing events easy as clicking a button. Not to mention how personable the account manager team is. Anytime I have a question, I have a response within minutes, sometimes with a youtube video made to explain the answer! The customer service is above and beyond!
