TriNet is great for smaller businesses in payroll function, data management, and performance management. I also like all the trainings provided to become a "master in TriNet". TriNet's customer support has always been helpful and often quick.

TriNet's dedicated customer support team is a standout feature. They are generally quick to resolve issues, making our transition to TriNet smoother despite the initial challenges with integration and implementation. The platform is fairly easy to use, and the support team’s responsiveness helps address any concerns that arise promptly. ntegration and implementation when we moved over to Trinet was a bit messy as we did it in a hurry but the support reps have helped resolve everything that has come up and was an outstanding issue. We speak with the reps very frequently as we depend on their assistance when processing payroll. Their frequent assistance, especially with payroll processing, has been invaluable.

Our current support team is phenomenal! I can reach out to my main contact any time and know I will get a response back quickly. She will actually pick up the phone and call if we have a complex issue that is easier to talk through than email about. Every person we work with is very friendly and knowledgeable and wants to make sure we are happy. Even the sales team is awesome! They were great in getting implementation set up. I like that it houses everything we need all in one place - payroll, records, benefits, leave, reporting, etc. The site itself is pretty intuitive and easy to use. They are constantly making upgrades which is nice as well. We have 8 entities, so our team is in TriNet daily and really would recommend.
