Customer data is processed in collaboration with SaaS apps like Google Workspace, Slack, Customer support, and more. We wanted a solution to continuously monitor real-time messages and unstructured documents (like PDF, images, screenshots, docs, spreadsheets, zip files, etc.) and reduce sensitive data from those sensitive messages after they were processed.
