Very helpful for social media manager but sometimes buggy

It's very helpful to schedule posts and to do community management. It only takes a few minutes to schedule it, so easy to implement. If you have any issue with it, you can also reach out to customer support and they will help you right away. I always use it at work, so basically every single day. It has many different features, everything you need, it's there! And you can also work with sprinklr team to integrate new features i believe.
