Sprinklr is great!

I appreciate the option for an approval process, scheduling, selecting content pulled screenshots for video content, the ability to back data behind the post, the analytics are incredible and the ability to categorize the post. It is very user friendly, there are a lot of customizations. Our Rep Akshay is they best and supports us with our questions. I use this all the time.

I love the fact that i do not need to leave the sprinklr platform in order for me to make reports, upload photos, post to multiple platforms, and manage all my keywords, competitor research, etc.
