Good platform, Okay service

I've used Sprinklr for many years now. The platform itself is very up to date and advance. Fairly easy to use and always evolving. The social listening is some of the best I've seen. I do really enjoy the platform.

Sophisticated platform that can do amazing things once you learn it

The analytics capabilities are awesome, the collaboration abilities are amazing. This tool has tons of potential - if you know what you want and know how to build it, the opportunity is endless especially since it's a tool that we use all day, every day by several teams throughout the company.
