They are polite, they will book appointments on my calendar and they will do return calls as well if I see that someone just needs a simple answer to a question or a piece of information.

The best feature that we've noticed so far about Smith.ai is the communication. They are completely transparent, detailed, and straightforward in all interactions. This has been the case from our onboarding specialist Daniel, to our account executive Andrew, and the miscellaneous support staff with whom I've also had the pleasure of corresponding. They are always very prompt in their response. It's also clear that they not only communicate well with their clients, but they communicate well internally.

They are responsive and they allow you to provide them with your own script.
