|Smith.ai Virtual Receptionists
One of the best features of Smith.Ai software is their integration with our CRM, Wealthbox. They are able to send a one way push of information which will add the caller as a contact, publish the call notes that are duplicated on the dashboard, and also add their appointment to our calendar. This has been a big time saver for the admin staff who used to manually input all of that.

Minimal investment; Maximum results

Scalability: sometimes we do not have a high volume of calls, but becuase we have Smith AI we are not worried about not having enough work for our team. Virtual receptionists adapt to the changes, handling higher call volumes during peak times and scaling down during quieter periods. And the work gets done. No calls are ever missed.
