How well it integrates in shopify and with the customer accounts so they can login and see exactly how many points they have

I recently had to speak with Smile.io's support team regarding an issue wherein we were being overcharged for orders made on our site, when in fact they were our TikTok Shop orders, which due to our logistics set up, are sent to our packing station through Shopify. They [support] promptly sorted the issue and rectified the discrepancy. However, this "fix" did not last and by the following month they [Smile] were requesting an upgrade to our plan because we had exceeded the plan's order limit, although our store's orders were well within the limit.

We've upgraded to the VIP Tier section of smile and its been worth every dollar, the LTV it drives has been one of our greatest assets to our company
