What I like best about Smile.io is how easy it is for both our customers and our team. Customers love being able to earn and redeem points on purchases, which gives them an extra incentive to shop with us and helps them save money. On the backend, it's incredibly simple to manage and extremely affordable. We can quickly view customer rewards activity, make point adjustments when needed, and customize the program to fit our business. The Shopify integration is seamless, and once everything is set up, it runs smoothly with very little maintenance required with 24/7 support.
