It's a premium product, but for medium and large businesses, it usually pays off because it combines content management, personalization, marketing tools, and analytics in one place. Sitecore also offers good documentation, an active user community, and free training through Sitecore Learn, which helps new team members get up to speed quickly. Lastly, I like that Sitecore keeps adding AI features across XM Cloud, Search, Personalize, and Stream, which help with smarter content suggestions and faster content creation.
