What do you like best about Scrunch AI?

The control it gives us over how we're tracking our clients' AI visibility is second-to-none. By curating our own prompts based on traditional search demand data, we can have confidence we're seeing the closest-to-truth picture possible.

Their onboarding process was great and the ongoing support we've received is the best I've experienced from a software company.

I don't dislike anything. As with all scaling tech, new features are being rolled out all the time and they've all been great. It'd be fantastic to have every feature I could possibly want at once - but I know that's no possible. They're doing a great job of keeping agencies like mine up to date with feature roll outs too. "The best I found, and I tested many"

What do you like best about Scrunch AI?

I reviewed several GEO monitoring tools. Scrunch not only has the most intuitive interface of all I looked at, but it's easy to dig into the advanced underbelly and surface action items ranging from quick wins to content strategy directions. As a tool I'm in pretty much every day, here are some of the features I use regularly:

- Great interface for reporting

- Easy to surface the domains and URLs getting cited for prompts you're targeting

- Easy to dig into the results over time, and see how you won and lost.

- Easy to see what type of agent traffic is hitting your site (pleasant bonus)

- Good insights surfaced in their auditor.

What do you dislike about Scrunch AI?

There are a few little issues that any newer product will hit. For example, it's difficult (to me at least) to remove tags I put on prompts in the past that are no longer in use.

What do you like best about Scrunch AI?

Great people that care about their customers and constantly improve and listen to feedback. They really know their stuff when it comes to AI search and visibility tracking. I've tested no less than 10 AI search visibility tracking tools, and Scrunch is by far the best group.

"Go way beyond GA4"

What do you like best about Scrunch AI?

I've been really enjoying Scrunch's Agent Traffic monitoring tool as well as Site Maps. This really gives me insights into which pages are crawled by bots the most and for what reason (retrieval, indexing, training). There are always new features being release to expand our ability to understand how our site is performing with GEO. I rely on Scrunch for our regular reporting and benchmarking to understand how we compare with our competitors for brand mentions and citations. What do you dislike about Scrunch AI?

There has been some bugginess with the GA4 integration where I can't easily switch between our two properties. The Site Maps section also disconnects the GA4 integration and I have re-enable it often. I prefer viewing our AI referral traffic through that section so it's annoying and will hopefully be resolved soon. And while the Trends section is a great addition, I have had issues getting my topic requests approved so I can see trends that are more relevant to our business. I really like the 'easiness of use' that Scrunch AI offers compared to other tools in the market like Profound AI. It feels a lot more intuitive and the reports are clearly categorized and laid out, making it easy for users like me to navigate the UI and quickly find the insights I need. Another big plus for me is the availability of the API for exporting raw data, which really makes Scrunch AI stand out as a top contender in terms of analytics and visibility tracking tools. What do you dislike about Scrunch AI?

I wouldn't say there are things I don't like about Scrunch AI, but I'd like to see improvements in features they're already working on, such as connecting it with frontier models like Claude Code through model context protocols (MCP). I'd also prefer to have insights presented to prospects faster (similar to how it is for tools like PeekaBoo), without needing four weeks of data as a baseline, because that lengthens the process of tracking and pitching to brands more than it should. What do you like best about Scrunch AI?

The product itself is solid. Dashboard is clean and well-designed, the API returns full response text with citation URLs, and competitor tracking shows position and sentiment — not just presence. GA4 integration for AI referral traffic is better than anything else we evaluated. AI bot crawler tracking is included at no extra cost, which is a nice touch. What do you dislike about Scrunch AI?

The sales process was frustrating. Terms shifted multiple times during negotiation — pricing confirmed in writing got retracted, and the contract didn't match verbal commitments on several points. Took 10+ days and multiple rounds to finalize. Also, certain models are locked behind higher tiers, which wasn't made clear upfront. I like how user-friendly Scrunch AI is. It is clean and easy to understand. I also value that they continue to make updates. Switching to Scrunch AI from the Semrush AIO tool was a great decision since Scrunch AI made our strategy for our clients instantly better. I would love to see a feature where we could download the graphics as SVGs so that we can alter them to fit different brand guidelines to use in presentations; or even simply export the data graphics as PNGs.
