I find the schedule attachments feature to be really useful - with a growing number of large, long and complex deals, having all our agreements stored with the billing details creates a nice source of truth. The whole system makes managing billing and invoicing much simpler. Sequence's customer support is also top notch — we've been shown a level of care that is yet to be matched in almost all of our other vendor arrangements.
