The platform is very easy to use. We can configure complex pricing scenarios without any technical help. I find the schedule attachments feature to be really useful - with a growing number of large, long and complex deals, having all our agreements stored with the billing details creates a nice source of truth. The whole system makes managing billing and invoicing much simpler. Sequence's customer support is also top notch — we've been shown a level of care that is yet to be matched in almost all of our other vendor arrangements.

The bulk actions with progress tracking make our monthly billing runs smooth, and the new usage calculation modes give us exactly the flexibility we need.
