I wish I had this tool when I was hiring and developing my sales organization - Former VP of Sales

Thorough and accurate evaluation of the sales employee, and assesment of the sales candidate. The only true predictive assessment of sales success at all levels in an organization.

The most accurate and predictive sales candidate assessment I have worked with in my 25 year career

The assessment not only identifies which skills (competencies) a candidate has relating to different aspects of the sales process, it goes deeper to understand what are the underlying psychological beliefs that may stop a candidate from executing on those skills. The third aspect it measures is the Will to Sell - desire, commitment, outlook and responsibility. These factors I have found to be the most valuable insights as I can teach skills but I need a candidate to have the foundation upon which to build and these are the 4 pillars of that foundation.

Find people who can and will sell

The ability to use a tool on the front end of sales process to avoid sifting through resumes and investing hours upon hours interviewing candidates who look good on paper. The Sales Candidate assessment helps take out the guesswork that happens in the interview process and tells you what you would like to know in an interview but no candidate typically shares (i.e. everyone has commitment when in an interview). It is not a behavioral based assessment and only focuses on the sales aspect which is key in avoiding the common hiring mistakes. It is AMAZINGLY accurate and very simple to read and understand when vetting candidates.
