Simple to Learn, Smooth Ticketing Integration, and Efficient Support

Ninja is simple to use and navigate on a day-to-day basis. It is easy to learn for new technicians and simpler than other RMM platforms. It integrates nicely with our ticketing system. Ninja support are very efficient and know their stuff, which is a welcome difference from past experience.
