Avail is a terrific website for small investment property owners

I used to collect rent via PayPal and Venmo or ACH through the bank, no more. For a variety of reasons those methods are not designed well for rental properties. Avail, designed for real estate, has a great interface. It supports leases, reminds tenants and monitors tenant rent payments and keeps balances, relieving the landlord from a lot of work. The software also supplies the landlord and tenants with the 1099-K tax information. I am very happy with Avail, and the price is very reasonable.

Avail has great customer service! I called in with an update request and the customer service agent went above and beyond what I was asking. She not only updated my request, but also made a couple suggestions that I didn't think of and saved me time down the road. Highly recommend!
