Moovilla provides us the solution to manage projects for our clients and really helps our team understand priorities, upcoming workload, capacity, etc. It is an advanced tool, but easy to use and learn. The best is how we can have leaders and project managers plan and manage projects in Moovila, but the integration with PSAs (we use HaloPSA) really helps sync all the project work into a common tool the team uses everyday. They use this to view project tickets assigned to them, prioritize activities, and track time.

Moovila has been very helpful with it's integration with ConnectWise. Over the years, I've often looked for products that will sit on top of ConnectWise and provide a better project management platform that what is natively offered. Most products require duplicating of effort and data and are cumbersome to manage due to that. Moovila is unique due to leverage CW as the datasource - making it so you only need to make changes in one spot for it to sync to CW or to Moovila. Any issue has been quickly resovled via support - everyone on the customer support side has been knowledgeable. And finally, it's being actively developed and new features are being added on a regular basis.
