Moovila is a single dashboard to keep track of projec tasks (aka tickets), resources, upcoming milestones, billing milestones, and so much more. Working projects in Connectwise PSA (formerly Manage) can be cumbersome and I was elated when I found Moovila. The integration makes project management leaps and bounds more efficient. Onboarding to the product is very thorough, and the Moovila team is just an email away to answer any questions (also very responsive).

The gamechanger for project coordination within Moovila is the auto-calculation feature for imipacts of delays or changes that immediately proposes an updated timeline. Being able to make sure that every task's timeline is accurate keeps the team on the same page with very little effort because everyone can see from their portfolio if we're currently on target to deliver. Setting dependencies is easy, and we had a great onboarding process with their team.

Drag and drop technology, user interface is very easy to use and intuitive, customizable and easy to mold to your companies project management principles and style. I love the "outside" client tasking for users who dont work at your company. Their staff is extremely supportive and solutions oriented.
