Moovila makes doing the Project Management work easy. This is the part of the project we have traditionally struggled with, never knowing when a project should really be ending, not knowing duration.

Since we adopted Moovila, our project management has been spot on. We are able to during our Kick off call with our customer, show them the logic behind the project flow, show them what our estimated dates are, and if everything is good, book the dates on that call.

Tying Tasks (ConnectWise Tickets) based off Tech skill level helps ensure that I'm picking the correct engineer for the task, and that we are keeping project margins looking the best.

Louis made the Moovila implementation a breeze, and so far the entire Moovila support team has provided top notch customer support.

I use Moovila for day-to-day project management, and it helps me streamline resource allocation with smart scheduling. I appreciate how I can visually monitor my projects using the critical path feature, which allows me to map a project from start to finish and visually put together how it should operate. I can set durations and add hours, making it easier to follow the project process and instantly catch off track tasks to get a project back on schedule. The ability to check in on my project portfolio through dashboards is another aspect I value. Using Moovila as a bolt-on layer for project management with Connectwise has been smooth, and the initial setup was very easy. I'm still relatively new to the product so haven't had a ton of time to find out much, but I do note that closed projects have to be manually filtered out of the portfolio page which is a bit of a nuisance and the auto import feature has not yet been released so projects have to be manually imported. I use Moovila for project management and automation and appreciate how it removes many human error components from the process, making our team more efficient through automation. The capacity forecasting tool is really useful for understanding labor demands, allowing us to hire and train staff ahead of time. I like how template analytics provide insights into project execution over time and help us visualize improvements and reduce inefficiencies. The smart scheduler is great because it lets project managers quickly see who's available and qualified for tasks. The integration with our PSA platform and Microsoft 365 enhances its usability. Even though Moovila is complex, the onboarding team made the setup smooth, being receptive to our workflows and helping us configure the software to our specific needs. I would like strong opportunity tracking and better workflows around converting sales opportunities into projects. It would be great if Moovila could act as a pre-sales vehicle and leverage CRM/PSA integrations to sync data with other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My Experience with Moovila

At Level5 Management, We use Moovila frequently, and I can confidently say it’s a rock solid platform although the documentation could be better, There are some gotcha’s or learning opportunities so ask for help, the support is great.

The AI-driven risk detection actively monitors dependencies and flags potential delays before they become problems. For us that’s a game-changer for operations where timing and accountability is everything.

With that said, onboarding wasn’t exactly plug-and-play. There’s a learning curve, Large if you aren’t familiar with these types of tools or if the person using it technical, And while the visual interface is clean, some of the export options—like JPEG-only reports—don’t always meet our documentation needs.

Still, Moovila’s customer support has been excellent. They’re responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in our success. It feels more like a partnership than a vendor relationship.

Overall, Moovila has helped us elevate our operational oversight and deliver more predictable outcomes. It’s not perfect, but it’s powerful—and for a team like ours that thrives on precision and accountability, it’s a strong fit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The templates you can create so there is standardization as well as quickly startup a new project. The software has a number of features and is easy to use. Additionally, the integration with Connectwise is really nice because you can automatically create tickets for your techs to be assigned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The implementation takes some time because there are so many features. This is understandable because if you want a dynamic product it's going to take time setting up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've not even scratched the surface of Moovila's abilities in my use. Still, it has been substantially beneficial for data tracking using the Resource Capacity Analysis and template tracking of task time. One of the most potent aspects of Moovila is the critical path feature, and we, as an organization, are working through the bottlenecks in our processes to use that feature. Attempting to use the critical path feature helped us be aware of those bottlenecks.

Resource Capacity Analysis has allowed the PMO and department managers to make a case for more resources and more scoped project time. It has given us better visibility of the profitability of projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being an early adopter of Halo integrated Moovila has resulted in some poor experiences, but they were to be expected. The implementation experience was clean and fun. The support for Moovila has been excellent. The biggest headaches I had with Moovila were a result of the Halo>Moovila sync breaking, and frankly, I don't know if the root cause of that is on Halo's side or Moovila's.

I do wish there were some ease of use features implemented in the near future, such as the ability to directly paste a screenshot into a notes section, or to generate a link to a task and paste it into an email or Teams chat. I also want subtasks (aka steps) to be more customizable with the ability to add descriptions and whatnot. Nesting phases can work like that, but the phases' hours are not tracked like tasks. Moovila is a feature rich project management system that integrates perfectly with our PSA. With features such as Critical Path Analysis and Smart Scheduling, the platform enhances project management for MSPs to a level that was previously not possible. We now have a greater understanding of where projects are at, can identify tasks that will potentially cause project creep and can manage project budgets effectively. The onboarding process with the Moovila team was fantastic, they assisted us every step of the way, including the integration with our PSA as well as in-depth one-on-one training on how to use the platform. From our perspective there is only one downside to Moovila, and that would be price. We believe Moovila is priced fairly, considering it's features, ongoing development, improvements and updates, and amazing support. However, for small MSPs trying to better improve their project management, who may only have a single Project Manager and a small technical team, Moovila may be too costly to add to their product stack. Firstly, the people are great to work with all around. The onboarding process is the most important piece of implementing Moovila, and while it requires cleanup and work, it's probably what was already needing done. They're great at breaking it down into bite-size chunks and explaining value. They were also hugely supportive in our PSA migration from ConnectWise to Halo for projects! Moovila has been working hard to develop updates and new features, and though they're worthwhile, they seem to spend most of their time on integrations with ConnectWise. Those on other platforms such as Halo get the updates later. I suspect this is due to the other platforms not being as mature has CW. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Moovila support team has been outstanding. Onboarding was smooth, and their ongoing responsiveness and willingness to incorporate feedback have made them feel like a true partner.
