I liked very much the fact that Damien is very capable to chose the right translator by considering the category of the game he had to translate: our is a football game and we needed someone who understood football. I think the final translation is great.

Most importantly, the team is willing to adapt to our tools change as we moved away from manual spreadsheets merging and version control to a centralized and automated system.
