HR Soft Streamlined Our Merit Process with Real-Time Data and Responsive Support

Before HR Soft, we were manually compiling our merit process in Excel. It was a very time-consuming effort that required multiple workbooks, and manual updates were constantly needed, which made the process even more time intensive. After implementing HR Soft and building a merit template that mirrors our requirements, it has helped us tremendously by keeping the data in real time and eliminating the need for ongoing manual changes. The HR Soft team has also been fantastic—developing the merit process we needed and making requested adjustments in a very timely manner.

Streamlines HR with Responsive Support

I like how HRSoft Compensation Management streamlines our merit and bonus cycles, allowing us to use a centralized platform for administration of our annual cycles. It's great that managers, HR business partners, and executives who can easily use the software. The scalability of the platform is impressive; it handles our most complex bonus systems and allows us to create differentiated statements that are easy for managers to distribute to employees. It takes us away from manual processing, reducing both the need for spreadsheets and the risk of potential errors from human input. Moving to HRSoft Compensation Management has allowed us to run reports and perform calculations much faster and in a way that's easily auditable.
