Plus future projections on rewards My other benefits tab showed me benefits my employer offered and I didn’t know about! ### 2. Captures important compensation items with flexibility to be detailed or high-level; with capability provide comprehensive data. Our support team is GREAT! always very responsive, takes time to explain the process, keeps us posted with updates. Revisions and UAT are done real-time. **What do you dislike about HRSoft Total Rewards Communication?** We are manually uploading templates so it is quite difficult and tedious to compile. There is an option to automate, but we have not explored that option yet. **What problems is HRSoft Total Rewards Communication solving and how is that benefiting you?** Clearly communicating total compensation (pay, profit-sharing, benefits, retirement, awards, stocks, etc) of employees in one location ### 3. Response time and resolution are top notch. The ease of view for the employee's compensation has been number one to communicating our compensation philosophy to employees. **What do you dislike about HRSoft Total Rewards Communication?** The data necessary to populate can be difficult to compile. Automating this process would eliminate this process, but we have not yet moved to that route. **What problems is HRSoft Total Rewards Communication solving and how is that benefiting you?** Clearly communicating our company's compensation philosophy to our employees. ### 4.
