We love the easy to use interface, especially when initially setting up the phone tree. We also love the texting feature and communicate with our clients probably 60% or more via text.

We are able to take our prospects into our screen and on a tour of how we do business. It is a great tool! I’m literally less than an hour from reaching out to two different prospects using it. In the moment if a prospect is having an issue, we can usually resolve it asap and get them added. The other thing that's good is that people know who they are, and are not concerned about signing into a meeting. There is a lot of identity theft and other untoward behavior on the internet, and people know they can trust Go To Meeting. The flexibility for people to choose to dial in, or use their screen is nice as well. At times we have calls where one person from our prospect's team may be in the office, and the other person is on the phone in the car at the beginning of the call. And before we are done, they've made it to their desk and have logged into the their screen. It's a great tool!
