Gather Town gives us a way to bring colleagues together from all over the world on a fully customizable map and host an event that feels both highly interactive and easy to use. We’ve been using the platform for four years for our international online conference, accommodating around a hundred simultaneous participants over three days. It has worked well for running poster sessions and setting up a virtual paleoart gallery. It's difficult to get to grips with at first when organizing the space, but afterwards you quickly realize all the possibilities and it's a great platform.
