I used to prefer working in person, but after using Gather Town, I think I actually prefer remote work. It recreates the office experience so well—everyone has their own space but can easily come together in common areas like meeting rooms. Everything feels seamless; you can share your screen, others can do the same, and there’s no need to juggle multiple apps. You just walk into a virtual room and instantly interact with whoever’s there, just like in a physical space. It gives you all the benefits of being in an office without any of the downsides.

It is easy to work with anyone; it is like you were in an office, everyone can have their space and gather there or at other spaces, like meeting rooms. It is all seamless, you can do your share screen and other people do theirs and everything without having to go around with different applications. You just walk in a room and you are interacting with the people there, like walking into a physical room. Really, really useful.

The workspace is easy to use, and the particular way to interact with your team members with avatars is really fun and brings dynamism to interactions.
