The only DSR that doesn't stop at signatureontinuity from Sales to Onboarding

The biggest win for us has been continuity across the customer lifecycle. We used to hit a wall at signature: the sales room stayed behind, CS started from scratch, and the buyer experience felt completely disjointed. With Flowla, the same room carries straight through into onboarding. All the context built during the deal, the different stakeholders, relevant engagement history, mutual action plan, are all still there when CS takes over. I’m a big fan of the following features: MAPs with Gantt views, built-in e-signatures and data intake forms. The reason is that they have removed a lot of the back-and-forth for us. We used to manage all of this over email during implementation and it has helped improve efficiencies across our work.
