**What do you like best about Flowla?**

Flowla’s new AI blocks have changed our Flowla workflow completely. One of our most important use cases is the following.

I set up a block, point it at the meeting transcript, and it generates a business case draft directly inside the room. Once the setup is saved in the template, this is then repeated for every room we create! Flowla’s AI pulls from everything that was shared in the meeting: prospect's pain points, use cases that were mentioned and outcomes they care about. The result every time is a personalized business case that they can then use to share internally.

By the time the prospect opens their room, the business case is already there. That alone has shortened our follow-up cycle noticeably.

Writing a business case after every discovery call has always been a tedious task to do, which we have always  believed could be automated very easily to ensure all the relevant information has been kept.

Flowla has helped us do just that ,by providing us with a business case that is ready to share, almost immediately after the call, reflecting all the key points that were mentionned during our conversation.

**What do you like best about Flowla?**

Flowla has completely transformed how we manage client interactions, from sales to onboarding. The platform makes it incredibly easy to organize all materials into a single, structured room which clients can navigate at their own pace. What has really impressed us is the clarity and visibility provided. We can track engagement, understand what clients have seen so far, and keep all stakeholders aligned without endless follow-ups. Flowla has also elevated our overall client experience, looking clean, professional, and thoughtfully presented.

**What do you dislike about Flowla?**

There’s very little to complain about. Occasionally there are minor improvements or features we’d like to see, but the team is responsive and actively evolves the product.

**What problems is Flowla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Flowla, our sales and onboarding processes were scattered across emails, documents, and different tools, making it hard to keep track of progress and engagement. Flowla has centralised everything into one place, which reduces back-and-forth communication, shortens onboarding time, and helps us move deals forward more efficiently. It also gives us better insight into client behavior, allowing us to follow up more strategically and improve our close rate.

**What do you like best about Flowla?**

We use Flowla primarily for customer onboardings, and it has completely replaced the mess of shared Drive folders and Notion pages we used to send  in the past. The structured flow gives customers a clear direction. The engagement tracking has genuinely been transformative, seeing which sections our customers get stuck on helps us our CS teams provide support when needed. The ready made templates helps us repeat our onboarding process whilst also being able to personalise each room to our customer’s profile.

**What do you dislike about Flowla?**

We haven’t had any issues to mention so far.

**What problems is Flowla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our previous onboarding process used to be a chaotic handoff: a Drive folder, a few Notion pages, a long intro email, demo videos. With Flowla we’ve been able to standardise this process and provide a better onboarding experience to our customers, whilst reducing complexity for our team.

**What do you like best about Flowla?**

Deal room customization is extremely easy and intuitive with Flowla. We’ve created a range of templates which are instantly personalised and ready to be shared with prospects when triggered from our CRM. We’ve also created automations to generate meeting notes and business cases after our calls with prospects. This whole process is seamless and saves us a lot of time.

Also, their customer success Delia was a real trusted advisor.

Flowla has streamlined a large part of our administrative work. In no time, we’re able to create hyper-personalised rooms to prospects. We’ve also automated deal room creation, follow ups and meeting transcriptions with prospects. It’s changed our way of working and helped us be more efficient in our sales motions.

I love how Flowla simplifies the buying journey for our customers. Instead of searching through long email threads, they have one single link for everything videos, decks, and action plans. The 'Mutual Action Plan' feature is especially helpful for keeping both sides aligned and moving forward.

**What do you dislike about Flowla?**

There isn't much to dislike so far. Since it's a growing platform, I'm looking forward to seeing even more advanced native integrations with niche CRM tools in the future, but the current ones work just fine.

We were struggling with 'deal fatigue' where prospects got lost in long email chains and multiple attachments. Flowla solves this by consolidating everything into a single, professional link. It has significantly improved our win rates and made the buying process much smoother for our clients.

**What do you like best about Flowla?**

Flowla has become the single source of truth for our client onboardings. Instead of new customers hunting through email threads, shared drives, and scattered Loom links. Our whole onboarding process now lives in one structured hub which our customers can always come back to. The engagement tracking is the other standout. Seeing which resources clients have already opened and interacted with, lets us follow up with relevant context. It's changed how we run our check-ins as we now know what to prioritise and can proactively bring solutions to our calls.

**What do you dislike about Flowla?**

Nothing major. I've had minor questions and occasional feature requests along the way, and the Flowla team has been remarkably responsive in answering my questions and adding these feature requests to their sprints.

**What problems is Flowla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Flowla has helped solve the chaos of client onboardings. Our previous process was messy and disorganised, consuming a lot of our CS team’s time, with repeat questions and issues. With Flowla, each customer gets a custom branded room, improved support from our team and an overall more professional first impression of our company.

**What do you like best about Flowla?**

What sold me on Flowla was how quickly I could create a personalised space to share material to prospects. Instead of sending a zip of decks, forms and videos all over email, I just have to send one link that contains everything in a structured way. I was also able to track the analytics of who came into the rooms and what they interacted with, which was super helpful! The setup was super quick and intuitive with ready made templates and customisation features.

**What do you like best about Flowla?**

I like Flowla's flexibility because it fits multiple use cases. It's easy to create and replicate Flowla rooms for specific industry types on the sales side, and we've built templates for implementations that are configured to each client's needs. The workflows are great, especially the integration with Hubspot that automatically spools up an implementation room when a deal status changes. I also appreciate the outstanding support, as we get excellent help when needed, though the platform is intuitive enough that it's not often required. The initial setup was very easy; we built our first room quickly.

**What do you dislike about Flowla?**

I can't think of anything that doesn't work well for us. The only improvement I'd cite would probably be building out additional self-help content. That said, if we have a question that we can't find the answer to, we get really quick turnaround on our inquiries.

Flowla manages our sales funnel, handles client onboarding, and boosts customer success. It offers flexibility for specific use cases, seamless Hubspot and Slack integrations, and excellent support, making our processes more intuitive and efficient.

**What do you like best about Flowla?**

We love Flowla’s no-code automations. Being able to easily set up workflows that trigger based on buyer behaviour has saved our sales team a huge amount of manual follow-up work. Out of the box, the rooms are polished and prospects love engaging with them. The ability to track engagement has also been game changing. Prospects used to completely gloss over the the pdfs we sent over after meetings, now we can see exactly how long they’ve spent on each individual page to see what content is resonating with them. Super quick setup and the team has been really responsive answering our questions.

**What do you dislike about Flowla?**

Honestly not much to complain about. Personally I love data so maybe the ability to go even more in depth in the reporting dashboards but the team has told me that this is something that they are working on for upcoming updates.

**What problems is Flowla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Flowla gives us one shared space per deal where our prospects can find everything they need. They can go through proposals, decks, case studies all at their own pace. The engagement data tells us which stakeholders are actually looking at what, so our AEs can prioritise the right follow-ups and spot deals that are going cold. The automations remove a substantial part of our administrative tasks. So overall all these features help shorten our sales cycle.

Flowla’s main advantage in my mind is enforcing process consistency across all sales cycles. With customisable templates, playbooks and workflows, we are able to ensure that every rep follows the same best practices. This has helped us scale in a more predictable way and has removed variability in execution.

Customisation is strong, but there’s still room to make some workflows even more flexible for complex edge cases. The team has said that they are working on it.

Flowla has brought structure and predictability to our sales and onboarding processes. Each rep used to have their own way to win deals, which brought a huge amount of variability. What I like most about Flowla is how it’s easy to create structured, client-facing experiences that are extremely intuitive for the end user. We can now centralise everything, all into a single shared space: documents, tasks, forms, surveys and communication. This has helped remove friction in both our sales and onboarding motions. Another big standout is the ease of customisation we are able to create for each customer. Being able to control visibility, lock/unlock steps, and guide clients through a clear journey has helped us stay organised internally while also delivering a much more professional experience externally.

The most important one so far has been organisation. **What do you like best about Flowla?**

The mutual action plans are the standout feature for me. Every step in our sales and onboarding process is clearly laid out, both our team and the client know exactly what's happening, what's coming next, and who's responsible for what. It's replaced a lot of the back-and-forth chasing that used to slow deals down. The fact that you can templatise the whole thing means we're running a consistent, repeatable process every time without starting from scratch. As a small team, that consistency is invaluable.

Nothing significant to flag, the team is responsive and moves quickly on feedback. There are a few smaller integrations I'd love to see added over time, but nothing that gets in the way of daily use.

Before Flowla, keeping clients aligned through a sales or onboarding process meant lots of emails, scattered documents, and no real visibility into where things stood. Flowla brings everything into one place and gives both sides a shared view of progress. It's reduced information gaps, built trust with clients, and helped us move faster. **What do you like best about Flowla?**

The stakeholder engagement analytics inside Flowla are a goldmine for my team! We can see exactly which content a prospect spends the most time on, what resonates with them, which titles and personas are typically involved in during sales, and how the process takes shape. All this helps us refine our messaging, target the correct people in our marketing efforts, build a process that fits the buyer expectations, and be a lot more intentional in our marketing & sales.

Another huge win is around content governance. We’ve built repeatable room templates to ensure every rep is using the latest & most relevant materials and no more outdated decks and information is making its way to a prospect.

**What do you dislike about Flowla?**

The analytics are fantastic within the platform, but I'd love to pull Flowla engagement scores directly into a lead's profile for marketing automation somehow.

**What problems is Flowla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s giving us valuable granular data into buyer behavior and all of the stakeholders which we’re not able to gather from any other platform or system. 

It also enforces a structure on the sales process itself, ensuring consistency. Everyone is sending the most updated, recent, relevant materials at the right time in the sales process. This creates a much more professional and cohesive buying experience for our customers. It allows for a much tighter alignment between sales and marketing, increasing efficiency.

**What do you like best about Flowla?**

I love Flowla for its seamless integration capabilities, making it incredibly easy to incorporate into existing workflows with tools like Slack and Fireflies. The simplicity and intuitiveness of the UI/UX are standout features for me, as they ensure a smooth and efficient user experience. I highly appreciate the customer success provided by Flowla, as it significantly contributes to improved sales efficiency and productivity within my team. Additionally, the automatic transfer of meeting notes to the deal room from services like Fireflies helps save a tremendous amount of time, while the standardized templates ensure our sales team remains organized and consistent with our brand messaging. I find that the setup of Flowla was extremely easy, adding to its appeal as a more advanced and superior alternative to products we’ve used before, such as Journey. Because of these factors, I confidently rate my likelihood to recommend Flowla as a 10 out of 10.

I would prefer if Flowla could automatically create deal rooms at the account level based on accounts in Pipedrive but I know the team is working on it!

Mutual action plans for our sales & post-sales/implementation process. With them:

- Every task and action is clearly laid out, step by step in a well-defined way
- Our clients appreciate the clear and transparent comms
- I get to ensure both our team and our clients stick to the plan and everything is done on time

**What do you like best about Flowla?**

I switched to Flowla after using another digital sales room solution. I must say both in terms of UI, how you’re able to organize and present content, as well as robustness of functionality and depth of its integrations, I found Flowla to cuts above and far more advanced. 

It looks much better and much more professional, and it allows us to take really good care of our current and potential future customers. It’s a much better way to run sales rather than relying on lengthy email threads and back and forth convos with our buyers , which can get out of hand very quickly. We have also had excellent feedback from clients on how easy it is to find any document they’re looking for inside the room.

There is nothing we dislike, our experience so far has been great!

**What problems is Flowla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s allowing me to put every document and resource into one room, offering my buyers a much more convenient and neat process. It’s solving fragmented communication and document sharing problems. When our sales process used to run on email threads, that led to losing track of necessary documents (both on our end and the buyers' end), which was a challenging. Now, everything is accessible and easy to find for everyone. It definitely improved the sales experience and saves us time by preventing back-and-forth communication.

**What do you like best about Flowla?**

Flowla to me goes way beyond and does so much more than just a digital sales room. It’s an incredibly powerful engine for revops leaders that ensures standardization and automation in sales and onboarding for repeated, predictable success across the org.

What I like best is being able to ensure my sales team is sticking to my playbook with the help of templates & automations Flowla offers. I plan out how our post demo process should look like, which materials are going to be sent in each situation, what the business case outline will be like, and set everything up on Flowla , and multiple reps will be following the exact same process and executing in the exact same cadence within an hour. 

Nobody improvises or goes off on their own, which means I can then optimize the process and ensure every team member is performing to the same standard. It’s very very powerful and is especially useful for larger enterprises.

The team is quite attentive to feedback and they move really fast in improving and fixing things. I don’t have much to mention.

Flowla’s rooms are much more than a space to consolidate things. They literally grow and evolve as the deal moves and evolves. Our initial deck, proposal, and contract all live in a single URL for the clients, and as the deal closes onboarding tasks and next steps start unlocking. Flowla has completely transformed the way I manage onboarding and client communication and took a major weight off my shoulders. Honestly, there's not much to dislike. There’s always room for improvement in automation and customization that they’re working hard on but Flowla already goes way beyond solving the core pain points we had.

Before Flowla our process was rather static. We were using a PDF as an onboarding roadmap, we had no dynamic & automated emails, so there was a lot of copying and pasting and manually going in and editing which was really time consuming for me to get all the information over and over every single time for every stakeholder I had to onboard.

Engagement analytics and how our clients are able to interact throughout the journey. Flowla has the most detailed and useful analytics & insights out of all client portals, which is a major decision criteria for us. To be able to see where we stand with each client and how our team is performing at any given time in RevOps, so it’s making our life a lot easier.

Another standout feature is the Gantt chart view on project plans. Makes its very easy to clearly outline the process timeline to our customers for better communication.

As a Customer Success Manager, I’m pretty impressed with the automated handoffs and how seamless it makes the whole process. When an opportunity is closed won on the CRM, it triggers a Flowla workflow, and the handoff agent builds a complete handoff summary with that particular client’s goals, their entire tech stack, contacts, everything - then it attaches it to the onboarding section of the deal room and unlocks it. Then it notifies the CS Slack channel. A process that’s usually cumbersome becomes super easy for CS as well as sales teams, and customers love the smooth transition and being able to continue using the same link that they’ve had for the sales process. It’s a win for everyone.

I really appreciate how intentionally built Flowla feels when you’re using it. It’s very well thought-out for implementation use case. Everything I need to be able to run a process with a new client, I’m able to do. Mutual action plans, embedding materials right inside task items, special workflows to nudge clients when they’re behind on something or have been inactive for some time, kanban board view for projects. Our team uses it for different purposes, but for me and specifically for the implementation use case, it’s become my right hand tool.

What I like the most about Flowla is its flexibility to accommodate different client-facing processes. We’re able to customize flow structure in great detail, hide, lock, unlock steps and stages depending on where a client sits in the process.

We also utilize the custom forms quite a bit to collect information from clients in various formats, like text, multiple choice  or even table forms.

What’s better is it pushes these form responses to our HubSpot properties with automation, which is a godsend for my team as they don’t need to do any manual work to organize or update data.

Flowla allows us to centralize and consolidate all our client-related materials like documents, presentations, and other interactive content like website pages in a single, accessible hub. The biggest value is not just having everything in one place - it’s how Flowla helps us organize it all so efficiently in steps, stages, or tasks, lock and unlock certain stages, making it incredibly easy for us and our clients to find and use the right materials at the right time. Just the level of professionalism and clarity it brings to our processes, as well as the support of the Flowla team is unmatched.

I can’t think of anything to dislike - I think everyone should give Flowla a try!

Managing and sharing client materials during post-sales used to be a bit of a messy and disjointed process for us, often with miscommunication and lost information, and this wasn’t a great place to be as onboarding is super important for a healthy, long-term relationship with clients, and for reducing churn.

These issues are now resolved thanks to the cohesive environment that Flowla provides. It drastically improved the consistency of our client communications and smoothed out our workflow. We’re very happy with it.

**What do you like best about Flowla?**

What I like best about Flowla is how it allows me to tell a story just the way I want to without being present in person. It’s an amazing platform to create digital journeys and pitches that my target audience can consume in their own time, and share with one another. 

It ensures that the correct narrative is circulating within an organization, and even though I’m not in the room when a decision is being made, the decision makers will still have all the crucial facts and information that I want them to have. It’s very powerful, and more importantly, very intuitive and easy to use.

Nothing I can think of! So far, it's been great!

I don’t like being shut out of the room when a decision is being made, and not being able to provide the stakeholders with the correct facts and narrative.

**What do you like best about Flowla?**

Probably being able to create templates for different situations, services, client types, etc. We work with many clients, so our processes thrive on repeatability. Flowla allows us to achieve just that. I can easily create templates for my team to standardize their actions, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the board. Managing different clients became a lot easier, with each one’s content, tasks, and related materials housed in its own dedicated flow. It’s been a breeze implementing it for our team and using it, and our operations run a lot more smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Flowla?**

Not really a dislike but an improvement I’d like to see: if a task is completed later than expected, it would be a huge help if all the steps’ deadlines that come after it got updated accordingly.

**What problems is Flowla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Flowla brought consistency and efficiency to our sales processes. It’s helping us keep track of each client and project in a dedicated space, and keep the processes organized and prevent any confusion or mix-ups. For me the standout feature of Flowla is its seamless integration with the tools our team is used to using, as well as our CRM. It is effortlessly sycning and communicating with our stack, so our team never needs to go out of their way to use flows - Flowla meets us where we are. Because it’s so well integrated and easy to use, we’ve been able to implement flows into our sales process fairly quickly. Flowla team has supported us very well throughout our onboarding as well. All in all we’re very happy to be able to use such a great tool without the hassle of switching between different platforms or manually entering data. It’s incredibly convenient.

It meets our needs so there’s nothing I dislike.

Flowla is enabling us to provide our customers with a better experience with our company by uniting all the materials they need in the same link. Everyone - our sales team as well as our prospects - loves how easy Flowla is to use! Our customers consistently cite it as differentiator that sets apart our sales process from our competitors, not to mention how easy it is to share Flows with other teammates. Our sales team loves the asset library and reporting, as well as how happy it makes our customers!

So far it’s providing everything we need; nothing we dislike.

Sharing information with prospects used to be done in email, and it was hard to catch someone up who was added to the thread later, not to mention difficult to keep track of all the valuable things that had been shared.
