I really like how Fireflies.ai allows setting up filters so it can join calendar events automatically based on certain terms or times. This feature prevents it from accidentally joining calls I don't want recorded. I also think it's great that I can share transcripts with internal and external users without them needing to create accounts. The AI summaries are incredibly helpful, breaking down action items by individual and providing high-level notes that align with the transcript and recording automatically.

good transcript function. summaries are good. the app and settings are reliable. The pricing is sensible. Their support is quite responsive too.

I like that Fireflies.ai captures and synthesizes all of my meetings each week. It allows me to go back and review meeting notes, track trends across partners and industries, and makes it easy to share those meetings and particular moments of meetings with my teammates.
