I like how fast and flexible Fireflies.ai is. Its reliability stands out for me, and I'm impressed by its ability to handle both virtual and in-person meetings, unlike many other solutions. It's also quite valuable because it's cross-platform, so I can use it on both iOS and Windows, which is a big plus for me. Another thing I value is the ability to record in-person meetings directly from my phone, which most other solutions don't offer.

Unlike other AI notetakers, Fireflies is able to (relatively accurately) decipher who is speaking in a video call and attribute their words to them. This is super helpful when it comes to delegating tasks and ensuring the right people are alerted and accountable. It also gives me the option to download video, audio, and/or a transcript of the meeting.
