Very feature rich - It is having so many features that it's like multiple softwares in a single one combined. 2. Support team - Every time I needed support e.g. when I wanted to connect my custom domain or when I had to adjust the videos- the support was available almost immediately. 3. Open minded founder - CEO & overall entire team is very open to suggestions from users. & They actually listen to users and implement the suggestions. 4.
