They continue to speak to the community to assess what's needed and this has led to new improvements such as tagging contacts into email lists. Getting set up is so simple. The dashboard is intuitive and they are always on hand to support. I have reached out to their live desk a few times and the level of customer service has been impressive. Issues are fixed quickly compared to some other vendors where you are crossing your fingers and hoping they'll get back to you in 2-3 weeks. I have moved platform providers and I now use this daily.
