I struggle to answer this question as 'dislike' is a word I would not associate with my Ezycourse experience so far. I can't believe that EzyCourse provides all the necessary features for starting and growing an online business. I have been using it for 8 months, and I can't say enough about its features. I purchased the lifetime deal, and I cannot compare EzyCourse with any other platform. I have used it for digital products, setting appointments, creating my own communities, group chats, courses, video libraries, and many more.

Ezycourse combines many of the features that you'd normally pay for standalone. You have a visual web builder, coupons, memberships, courses, tiered access, email sequencing, affiliates, and gamification.

You essentially have a complete end-to-end system to manage a seamless journey for users to subscribe and consume content.

There's magic checkout to reduce barriers to conversion and a professional dashboard for users to easily manage their accounts.

Even webhooks are included to expand on integrations. They continue to speak to the community to assess what's needed and this has led to new improvements such as tagging contacts into email lists.

Getting set up is so simple. The dashboard is intuitive and they are always on hand to support. I have reached out to their live desk a few times and the level of customer service has been impressive.

Issues are fixed quickly compared to some other vendors where you are crossing your fingers and hoping they'll get back to you in 2-3 weeks.

I have moved platform providers and I now use this daily. I am not planning on moving to a different one as this has the scalability and support.

Honestly, these guys are shipping features so fast and are so involved with the community that you can see the progress in real-time.

If you have a problem or anything is not working, they fix it immediately. Fastes fix was within 10 Minutes. New addons who are developped on request take some days. Never had a software company working this fast, and really listening to customer needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
