Great for productivity!

I love being able to see all our notes in one place and can pin them if they are important. The retention center is really helpful to manage those policies and customer contacts.

EZ Lynx usability

I like having everything together in one space. The search function is great because you can type in phone numbers, partial names, addresses all without having to do a drop down menu to choose between them.
