I love that it is easy to use. It really does everything. From the way that it is laid out with the Overview page to Activity and Documents, it's very easy to find what you are looking for when you need to. The Overview page has the perfect amount of information displayed. It has the base details of each policy without going overboard with too many details. And I love how easy it is to attach emails directly from Outlook. However, the best part of EZLynx is their Customer Support. Every time that I have had to reach out to have something corrected that I can't figure out, the customer support is quick, friendly and helpful. Literally everything you would ever want from your tech support. The one time that the support person couldn't fix my issue and had to bump it up a level, I still had a fix and an answer within an hour. Amazing!!
